a public speaking training and development workshop,

2. Opening, Premise, 3 Points of Wisdom, Stories, Close
3. Appropriate use and construction of humor

Prospecting
1. Ideal customer and buyer profiles: find them and call them with results
2. Call guides, qualifying questions, top objections and responses

1. Writing, website, PR, blogs, social networks, testimonial snippets
2. Publishing: commercial vs. self-published
Business Acumen in Professional Services
1. Value-based fees, closing, proposals, referrals, the next deal

  PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Presented over a two month period, in six Monday evening sessions, in Buckhead (Two make-up sessions available.)
Presented by David Nour and leaders from NSA Georgia
Highly interactive, engaging content and delivery, including case studies, role plays and exercises
Intensive immersion in best practices from workshops by national NSA leaders including Alan Weiss, Patricia Fripp, and Lou Heckler.
