On June 4, 2007, Dr. Gene Griessman delivered the Gettysburg Address as Abraham Lincoln before members of the crew on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), moored at Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, WA.


Jeff Justice Wins Push Hands Competition

CSP Jeff Justice has been studying Tai Chi Chuan for the past 5 years and, at 55 years old, he just won the International Chinese Martial Arts Championship in the Push Hands competition. Push hands is a method of testing your skill level against other opponents and he won the gold medal for the “Big Boys”—the 205# and over weight class! This was a goal Jeff set 4 years ago—it just goes to show that you’re never to old to start anew if you focus.
