KEN FUTCH, CSP
Ken Futch, CSP is a charter member of NSA Georgia and a full time professional speaker for over twenty years. He credits his longevity in the industry to understanding the role stories play in a speaker’s ability to relate, to inspire, and to be remembered by the audience.

To illustrate his learning points, he develops his stories from his unusual personal experiences. Some are often bizarre. For instance, he has had a mule step on his head, has been attacked by a crazed hog, had his nose flattened by a fisherman’s boat paddle while water-skiing, and accidentally shot himself in the head with his own gun. He said it took a shot through the head to open his mind.

Ken went from washing windshields at his Dad’s service station to leading a combat platoon in Vietnam, from being the top revenue producer in a group of 6,000 AT&T salespeople to becoming one of only a few hundred speakers internationally recognized as a certified speaking professional.

He is a past chapter president, a former Toastmasters International humor champion, and is the author of the book Take Your Best Shot, which is filled with priceless insights and stories about recognizing and achieving opportunities in life.
