Dr. Linda Hoopes has spent more than 25 years in the world of organizational change. She is passionate about helping organizations build their change capability and preparing individuals to thrive in turbulence. Her Atlanta-based firm, Resilience Alliance, has built a global network of internal and external change practitioners who use educational programs, coaching, and tools to help their clients succeed. Linda is the author of two books on Personal Resilience, most recently Prosilience: Building Your Resilience for a Turbulent World. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and has served on the faculties of several academic institutions including the Georgia Institute of Technology, Rutgers University, and Colby College. In addition to her academic background, Linda brings many other influences to her work on change and resilience. She is a musician, a sailor, and a traveler, and is also licensed as a massage therapist.
