My specialty is mindful performance. In April 2017, I gave a TEDx Talk with my wife and business partner Angela entitled "Defusing Stress With Mindful Mojo." I have spoken to groups as small as 10 participants to keynotes as large as 1,000 people- with wide diversity. I have spoken to leadership teams, front-line employees cancer patients, students, retirees and more. I have spoken at various oncology conferences. I have additionally trained fellow professionals on mind-body practices via CMI/PESI. My experience has been in corporate, higher education and hospitals. I have an engaging style, utilizing humor and creativity. My passion is helping individuals defuse stress and live healthier, happier lives and be more productive!
I have an extensive background in many areas of the helping profession as an Employee Assistance Program Manager in corporate for 17 years, as a certified coach in private practice for 15 years (presently), and a clinical developer and facilitator of programs at Chapman Cancer Wellness Piedmont Healthcare for 10 years (presently also).
