C-A Washington is the author of the upcoming book, The Art of A.R.C. - Appearance, Relationships, and Credibility, and she specializes in helping leaders and growing organizations convey excellence with civility, style, and charm. She is an Emily Post Institute Business Etiquette Trainer program graduate, former board member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) DC Chapter, and an alumna of both People to People International and the Harvard Kennedy School’s Women & Power program.
C-A is also the Founder and President of the Image & Etiquette Institute, a personal image and organizational branding firm dedicated to empowering others to develop their Appearance, Relationships, and Credibility and achieve clients their most important goals. She is also a sought-after speaker and branding enthusiast who shares the power of Undivided Image worldwide.
Prior to becoming an author, speaker, and entrepreneur, C-A served in leadership roles in both state and federal government agencies, in addition to the private sector. During this time, she served as a Co-Chair of the Atlanta Federal Executive Board’s Workforce Development Council, training and mentoring many of the up and coming leaders in the region. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management with an emphasis in organizational behavior, in addition to a Master’s in Public Finance and Management. C-A and her husband are extremely active members of the Atlanta metropolitan area and enjoy traveling and serving in the community.
