More Information
Kevin is considered an expert on ethics and speaks nationally on the importance of bringing ethics to a personal level to limit criminal liability within an organization. Business ethics is a complex problem, really an enigma. Ignoring ethical issues can have devastating consequences which Kevin knows first hand after spending 37 months at a federal prison, including 28 days in solitary confinement. After a successful career in accounting and real estate that lead him to the executive suite of a multi-million dollar company, his world came crashing down after being investigated for fraud which led to his guilty plea to one count of conspiracy.

It is Kevin’s calling to help others recognize unethical behavior and circumstances that can lead to dangerous choices. Kevin has developed practical E.T.H.I.C.S. tools that can help all levels of the organization adhere to ethical principles and limit their legal liability. As a natural storyteller, he uses his emotional story to exemplify how not using E.T.H.I.C.S. tools can have life-altering and many times criminal results.

‘Kevin Foster’s presentation on Business Ethics and Compliance is the most original and effective I have seen my career as general counsel and law firm partner. Kevin succinctly captures how and why business executives fall into ethical traps. Understanding such traps is essential to avoiding serious ethical and legal issues, and Kevin’s presentation should be part of every ethics/compliance program.’ Charles R.
