Terri Kelly is experienced in building high performing teams and engaged cultures and maximizing individual potential. Her over 15 years of Corporate Learning & Development experience includes talent development for all levels of professionals from entry level to executive. She’s developed and led programs for U.S. and global audiences in financial services, hospitality, and homebuilding industries.
Terri is known for her ability to partner strategically with executive leadership to identify key training and development opportunities and develop programs that result in the retention of talent, an increase in employee engagement and the delivery of solid business results. With a prior organization, Terri had responsibility for leading the employee engagement survey process utilizing the Gallup Q12 Model for Employee Engagement. As a facilitator and trainer, Terri has delivered workshops on topics including leadership, technical skills, customer service, productivity, employee engagement and Strengths-Based development.
Terri holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and the Clifton StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment is a key tool she uses in her coaching. She is also a Co-Active Coach trained by The Coaches Training Institute, a ICF Accredited Coach Training Program.
